LG-Laser Technologies announces a new business division.

In September 2005, LG-Laser Technologies has entered the materials processing market by starting sales of CO2 and Nd:YAG-based machines for cutting, engraving and marking applications. Furthermore, the company offers the high-power narrow-linewdith fibre laser Industrik which has been optimised for integration in flexo-print and marking applications.

LG-Laser Technologies offers complete machines as stand-alone solutions including peripheral equipment and accessories, such as cooling- and exhaust systems, filters, camera vision, and different optics to offer a high level of customisation.

Whether compact machine, multi laser head, or flatbed systems, all distinguish through cost-effectiveness with characteristics that do not fall short of general user expectations:

  • operation of main functions via touch-panel display
  • communication via USB or RS_232 interface with windows-based computer
  • support of commonly used graphic formats, such as PLT, BMP, SHX, TTF, etc.
  • high resolution and positioning accuracy
  • high processing speed

Areas of application are cutting and engraving of wood, acrylic, plastics, rubber, leather, glass, crystal, minerals, stone, ceramics in advertising, sign making, clothing industry, packaging, and automotive, to name but a few.
